System not start after VoodooHDA install – Mac [Solved]

Problem : While Working on Hackintosh, for tweaking the sound we install VoodooHDA. But System not start after VoodooHda install sometimes.

Sometime Mac gives problem after installing VoodooHDA. System not start after VoodooHDA install. Mac OS Response with error and stuck on black and White screen.

Error: 

System not start after VoodooHDA install

Solution: Its very easy to solve this problem.

Turn On System, at startup (After BIOS,at boot logo)  press  -s  and hit  ENTER

After root# prompt, write following commands:

  • mount -uw /
  • cd /System/Library/Extensions
  • mv VoodooHDA.kext VoodooHDA.kext.old

reboot
